Flaky Tests: Independent Result and Quarantined filters on run history

Filter a test’s run history by result and quarantine state with two independent controls instead of one combined picker.

The run history tab on a test’s detail page now has separate Result and Quarantined filters.

The two controls used to be a single combined picker. They’re now independent segmented controls:

• Result — All, Pass, or Fail.
• Quarantined — Include, Exclude, or Only.

Combine them to answer questions the old picker couldn’t, like “show only the failing runs that happened while this test was quarantined.”
